Santa’s Mailing Address
Once your child has finished their letter to Santa, it’s time to send it off! Here’s how to mail it in both Canada and the USA, ensuring it reaches the North Pole in time for Christmas.
If you are outside Canada and the USA please check with your mailing carrier as your country may have its own mailing address. Sorry – I’m only familiar with Canada and the USA mailing address.
Mailing to Santa in the USA
- Address the Envelope: Have your kids or perhaps you can help them write the following address on the envelope:
- Include a Return Address: Make sure to include your child’s return address in the top left corner. This helps Santa’s helpers send back a response if they wish!
- Postage: Place a stamp on the envelope. Regular first-class postage is sufficient.
- Mailing Options: You can drop the letter in a mailbox or take it to your local post office. It’s best to mail it in early December to ensure it arrives before Christmas.
Mailing to Santa in Canada
- Address the Envelope: Use the following address:
- Include a Return Address: Don’t forget to add your child’s return address in the top left corner.
- Postage: In Ontario and Nova Scotia you do not need to include any postage stamps. Simply drop it off at your nearest Canada Post. Perhaps the same applies to other provinces but I’m not 100% sure so please check what’s your provinces’ requirements.
- Mailing Options: You can drop the letter into any mailbox or visit your local post office. To ensure a timely arrival, aim to send the letter by early December.
By following these steps, your child’s letter to Santa will be on its way to the North Pole, adding to the excitement of the holiday season! In both countries, if your child includes their address, they might receive a response from Santa’s helpers, so it’s worth adding that extra detail!
My kids are always so excited to receive a reply from Santa every year.
